To become proficient in LaunchPad and depending on whether you use LaunchPad Silver, Gold or Platinum, delegates undertake Accredition Training. Accredition can be gained through attendance at a Closed or Open Program.

LaunchPad Open Program

An Open Program is where clients send along delegates to be trained in all LaunchPad functions - The course is restricted to 14 participants and depending on whether clients purchases LP Silver, Gold or Platinum the programs are conducted over 2, 3 or 5 days. Prices on application.

LaunchPad Closed Program

A LaunchPad 'Closed Program' is an individually tailored client program. Depending on whether a client purchases LP Silver, Gold or Platinum the programs are conducted over 2, 3 or 5 days. Prices on application.

LaunchPad Job Profiling Workshop

LaunchPad conducts workshops in Job Profiling. These workshops are conducted for up to 14 participants and are conducted over 1 intensive day.

Participants also receive 3 validated job profiles based on the latest research identifying the behavioural traits of successful incumbents. Prices on application.
